REFUND, RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY
Because we sell food products, our return policy is limited to ensure hygiene and safety.
Order Cancellation Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting us via phone or email. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
Returns Accepted Only If:
- Product received is damaged or leaking
- Wrong product delivered
- Product missing from order
You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof.
Replacement or Refund After verification, we will arrange replacement or refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be sent to original payment method or bank transfer.
Non‑Returnable Items Opened, used, or tasted food products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless damaged.
Natural Product Disclaimer Because honey is natural, crystallization, colour change, or thickness variation is normal and not eligible for refund.
